Please Read The Following Information:

Due to:
     - Heavy, congested traffic flow
     - Crime increase, causing
     - More attention from Neighborhood Watch groups
     - Some claimant's awareness of movement around them
These circumstances & others have brought the necessity of using two or more investigators to facilitate an expeditious sub rosa investigation.
$65/hour, as outlined on this page, is for the services of one investigator. An additional charge of $30/hour will be applied for each additional
investigator, when authorized by requester.

NOTE:
We will work within the parameters of the price schedule below to accommodate any dollar limit assigned by a requester on a particular case.
If additional action is deemed appropriate & cost effective, requester will be contacted for further authorization.

Services	Price
A. One Investigator on Surveillance * each additional as authorized by requester	$ 65.00 per hour $ 30.00 per hour
B. All Other Investigative Services	$ 65.00 per hour
C. Mileage	$ .50 per mile
D. Driving Time	$ 30.00 per hour
E. Video Copy &/or Edit (1) hour minimum	$ 50.00 per case
F. Photographs (Matted & Labeled)	$ 4.25 each
G. Support Equipment ( case discretion )	$ 10.00 per day
H. Motel Expense for Overnight Stay - prorated where possible	Actual Cost
I. Administrative - (case discretion)	$ 75.00
J. Clerical & Set up fee	$ 45.00 one time charge
K. Statement Transcription (up to 10 pages)	$ 40.00 per statement
L. Locate / Asset / Employment/Background Checks -	$ 85.00 to $200.00 per
M. Accidental & Contestable Death Claim	$ 250.00 max. + mileage
N. Miscellaneous expenses (parking, records, etc.)	Actual Cost

> All expenses are prorated wherever possible
> All charges are per case discretion
> No meal or unauthorized expense forwarded at any time
